Perfectly Pale - Sitting rooms

Drawing room, parlour, salon, living room or lounge what ever the term you prefer and whether it's white, grey or buff, chalky tones of a pale sitting room create a relaxing & calming sanctuary.

Oh I dream about living in rooms with gorgous faded blush colours and linens to die for. The shootfactory room is just heaven. Surprisingly, even though the colour scheme is pale it looks so practical too. The last time we kitted out our sitting room was just before Christmas one year. Consequently I was bowled over by a much richer pallette. I yearn for change.

Your selection of images and how well you combine to create a look and style is divine! Thank you for including our photos Glenda. We do hope to meet you one day. We will continue our journey today as we visit our friends Desiree and Paul in Oosterhout for their French Evening.

Cheers!

What delights your artistic mind so delights me as well. Love the images you have found and chosen to put together. It took a little while to view this post, because I was savoring the details!

There is something about the chalkiness that gets to me...

And I love how you tease out the colors in the color swatches. Your eye is very good.

Arcobaleno's home is one of my favorites.
